Guided Meditations to Change the Brain
Forgiveness is a sacred art with profound healing potential. It has so much power that some Buddhist teachers recommend practicing forgiveness to ourselves and others twice a day for months on end.
If you are religious, you might connect to this idea of “God’s Grace” or the equivalent in your particular faith. In Polynesian cultures, for example, there is a long tradition of seeking and accepting forgiveness for past errors and transgressions as a way to cure illness. Perhaps the mostly widely known version of this is the Hawaiian practice of Hoʻoponopono.
There are many ways to approach this magical practice. A few are available here as part of the Serena Guided Meditation series.
